We use a program called Aero Admin to remotely connect to your computer and provide assistance to you. The program INSTALLS NO FILES to your computer, DOES NOT allow remote access without your express permission and DIRECT USER confirmation to allow us to connect every time. When finished the downloaded file can be put into the recycle bin and deleted and redownloaded as needed.
